PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

The problem in this research is there any influence on employee performance leadership communication on Rural Bank of South Sumatra. The purpose of these research to know the effect on employee performance leadership communication on Rural Bank of South Sumatra as the sample of this research . The methodology used is quantitative with descriptive analysis . The reseach sample is all employees of BPR South Sumatra. Questioner is the tools to collecting primary data. The result of the research show that there is a significant leadrship communication influenle to employee’s perfomance in BPR South Sumatra.
