Abstract

This research is entitled innovation work @Beauty_bouquet.id as a marketing
communication via Instagram social media. This research discusses the innovation of the work of
@ Beauty_bouquet.id as a marketing communication strategy through Instagram social media.
Innovation is an individual's ability to improve work performance. People with creative spirits will
always improve their abilities and always think for the better, so they have a high awareness of
work quality. The aim of this research is to find out the latest innovation of the @Beauty_bouquet.id
bouquet as a marketing communication strategy through Instagram social media. The theory used
is the theory of integrated marketing and elements of internet marketing. This research is a
descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by
means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the
innovation of bouquet works carried out by @Beauty_ bouquet.id has increased with innovation in
work as a marketing communication strategy
