Abstract

This research is entitled The Role of Instagram as a Media for Marketing Communication to Increase Customer Interest @Revsmotoshopplg. This Research To find out more about how Instagram can be used as a promotional tool to attract the attention of potential customers, this research was conducted. Qualitative in nature, this study adopts an approach that focuses on Revsmotoshop as an examination topic. Interviews, observations, and documentation were conducted with Revsmotoshop owners, customers, and followers as the main sources of information for this study. The theory used is Integrated marketing theory and Role theory as a supporter. Based on the results of the research that Instagram acts as a promotional medium for Revsmotoshop because it makes it easier to promote the products offered, with complete features such as location search and using hashtags (#), it makes it easier for Revsmotoshop to offer its products, in addition to the ease of promoting products, cost efficiency in promotional activities, besides how to promote products through Instagram by using reviews from customers and interesting posts, the factor that makes Instagram effective for promotion is social media used by all groups.
